Fortunately for her, it became the song of Hillary Clinton’s presidential rally and campaigns and at the same time, it also featured in the show, Pretty Little Liars.
SHERYL CROW – She started out as another music teacher who was trying to have a place in stardom after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri. She won the award for Best New Artist with her song, “All I wanna do”, when she was 31 years old.
LEONARD COHEN – Although, he was not a singer but a writer, he tasted stardom in 1967 when he had his album produced by Columbia records, who had signed him when he took up a carrier in writing Folk music for popular musicians. He had started as an independent songwriter, but he had to step his game up when he was not making enough money. In his album, “Songs of Leonard Cohen”, he played many instruments to his own originally composed music and this album made him more famous.
Many other music artistes have tried and struggled to get into the limelight and many are still trying. It won’t be as easy for everyone, and it is sometimes as sweeter victory, when it is a hard one. These people’s stories are inspirations for people who are still trying never to stop trying.
