A movie sequel about two iconic lovers went viral about 10 years ago, and has been one of TV’s most loved movies ever since. However, it is expected that the movie featuring Carrie Bradshaw and Mr. Big would go down with the buzz like every other movie in history but to our surprise, there are still talks about it in 2019!
Sarah Jessica gives her thoughts about the NYC couple while speaking to E! News in an exclusive interview. She clearly stated that she believes that the love birds are still very much involved, and that Carrie Bradshaw is still writing about New York and her people. She believes that Carrie and Big are still in New York and very much in love with one another.
Sarah Parker continued to say that, if Carrie Bradshaw lost her husband, she might be glad to start an official relationship with Mr. Big, but very devastated about the loss of the man she is married to. She might not really celebrate his death, but she could dedicate a drink, perhaps a stella, to him in gratitude for the great times they had together in life.
It has been documented severally that Carrie Bradshaw is drinking the Stella Artois as she featured as the supermodel in the Pilsner brand’s Super Bowl commercial for 2019. This is for the company’s major campaign (Water.org’s Pour it Forward campaign) that reaches out to less privileged communities, providing them with pure and clean water.
Carries appears in the commercial as a fashionista at a bar, turning all the heads with her stunning dressing and body. Then she sat down to request a Stella, which is unusual of her. Few minutes after, another man (Jeff Bridges from The Big Lebowski) walks in and requests a Stella, which also is not his usual cocktail. Then they stare at each other before he said, “Changing could do a little good”, and they toast.
Parker reported that the commercial experience was very rejuvenating and full of joy. The two characters in the act connected as if they had been doing it for decades. Their rumored love was expressed effortlessly in the commercial and Their efforts went a long way in supporting the campaign by Stella and Water.org to help communities around the world, that are deprived of clean water.
Carrie Bradshaw made sure that the shoot was not devoid of fashion. She used her unmatchable fashion style to spice things up, working hand in hand with the stylist on set. Parker also mentioned the dilemma they encountered when trying to pick the clothes that Carrie would wear in the commercial. They were worried about if she would love to rock the golden designs from 2010, or something a little recent.
The connection the on-screen lovers had on set even after 10 years of acting together in such a situation was too magical to be just acting. This was the premise upon which Sarah Jessica Parker drew her conclusion that there is still some ‘nurtured’ chemistry amongst the two lovers.
