Norman Reedus
“The Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus is mad about bikes. He doesn’t just ride the same one as Daryl on the horror TV series; he collects them in real life. Then, in 2016, he launched his own series, a motorcycle documentary called “Ride with Norman Reedus,” He hits the road with various celebs.
An Indian Larry chopper is his absolute fave, but his collection includes Triumph bikes, a Ducati, and a custom Harley. If he could ride with anyone, anywhere, he said it would be through Rome with Cher (surprise surprise, Cher’s a gearhead herself).
John Travolta
John Travolta was thrilled to star in "Wild Hogs," a movie about four midlife crisis buddies from suburbia taking off on Harleys. Travolta got into bikes as soon as he got his first paycheck in Hollywood. It was an inexpensive and, of course, a very cool way to zip around town.
Before the film, Travolta cruised his hog with the H-D Daytona Bike League biker club. Travolta, playing Woody, rode a Screamin’ Eagle Fat Boy. Harley-Davidson comped all the bikes. Tim Allen’s was a Black Fat Boy, Martin Lawrence rode a Springer Softail, and William H. Macy got the Sportster Custom.
Charlie Hunnam
As tough-guy Jax Teller on the biker television series "Sons of Anarchy," Charlie Hunnam plays the club's boss. He rides a Harley Dyna Super Glide. As it turned out, that’s the exact motorbike he cruised before he starred in SOA.
He kind of wishes he didn’t have to ride the same bike he owns because he didn’t want to be that guy who rides around town on the same Harley he rode on TV. But there’s nothing that can be done since that Super Glide is the best bike there is, according to Hunnam.
Hugh Laurie
"House" star Hugh Laurie has a fondness for motorcycles and loves the thrill of the ride. The British actor stores his Triumph Bonneville in his Los Angeles garage and has another at home in London.
The legendary motorbike company originated in 1885 and built the “Trusty Triumph” for the war effort during WWII. The classic motorcycle continues to be coveted by celebs and motorcycle enthusiasts alike.
Keanu Reeves
Keanu Reeves loves motorcycles so much he says he goes through withdrawals if he doesn’t get to ride. He even has his own company—Arch Motorcycle. It launched with a custom-built prototype by Chop Rods, a Harley-Davidson engine with a bike wrapped around it.
Reeves first learned to ride in the ‘80s. His favorite was a ‘73 Norton Commando that he purchased in 1987. In "My Own Private Idaho," he got to ride a Norton. Reeves loves the sound of the bike, the smell of the engine, and the wind in his face. The actor admits to topping out at 135 mph!
