So Cheeky
Wow. Now, this might be one of the biggest gaps in years between photos on the entire list! These guys recreated a photo that was originally taken a whopping 35 years ago! Somehow, they managed to get the clothes dead on; they painted the fake mustaches with what looks like toothpaste.
And they are pulling the same cheeky expressions under what we assume is the same tree? We just can’t get over the helmet the one brother is wearing. Did the helmet get smaller, or did his head just get bigger? Or maybe it was a combination of the two. Who knows.
Crying for Superman
While this is certainly cute, we are also concerned. We have no idea what the sister was crying about in either photo. In the top picture, it must have been some illogical feeling that randomly triggers babies to cry. Let’s face it; they will cry over anything. But in the second photo, it literally could be for any reason.
Maybe someone died. Maybe she can’t believe they have been wearing the same clothes for the last 30 years. Or maybe she just learned that her brother is not actually Superman. If we made that discovery that late on in life, we would also be devastated!
Good Going Mom!
This is a classic game that anyone who experienced had to have loved. Begging mom or dad to hoist you up on their legs in order to play the airplane game is a rite of passage pretty much all kids go through. This mom is an old pro at the airplane game, as she could lift both of her kids at once. She really had to trust her ability to balance them both and have the strong quads to do it.
She should have won an award for this picture and seeing as she was open to doing it again all those years later, with grown-up kids, make this even more precious. Not only should she be given awards for her airplane skills, but she should also be inducted into the Mothers' Hall of Fame.
The Green Machine
As you can see, these brothers have evolved in different ways as the years progressed. The boys in red seemed to have changed the least. While the green brother grew his hair really long, grew a fairly impressive beard, and got some pretty rock-star tattoos.
Not to mention the fact that he became the most muscular out of his brothers. To be honest, we would have been worried if the brothers were not able to lock down the color coordination all those years later. Red, red, green, red. It almost sounds like a military drill. It is not that difficult!
Keeping It Real
Oh wow. What a gem of a picture. The poses, the faces, the gentle confusion of the viewer — it's priceless. These three brothers have it all: a good sense of humor, a timeless sense of fashion, and each other, of course. We get the feeling they didn't need much persuasion to recreate their childhood photo.
The house obviously went through some renovations as the banister is different, the wall has been painted pink, and there are a lot more pictures on the wall. The things that haven't changed, however, are the brothers' playfulness and their undying affection for funny slippers.
