Pippa Middleton
Princess Kate is not the only famous Middleton out there. We first got to know Pippa when she served as her sister’s maid of honor and she has been a well-recognized face ever since. She might not have married into the royal family, but Pippa Middleton’s wedding was almost as big as her sister Kate’s.
In 2017, Pippa tied the knot with James Matthews, a successful hedge fund manager, and former professional racecar driver. Aside from his professional endeavors, Matthews is a billionaire thanks to his family’s property investments. The happy couple is the proud parents of a son and two daughters.
Queen Consort Camilla Parker Bowles
Whether you watched their love story in the Netflix hit "The Crown" or saw it unfold in the newspapers, you know that King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla had a relationship that was anything but simple. Eight years after Princess Diana’s passing, the then-Prince Charles announced that he and Camilla, his former partner, were back together and loving every moment of it.
The two also announced that they would be getting married shortly. The couple got married on April 9th, 2005, at the Windsor Guildhall in the UK. The wedding was quite dramatic, with a few in the crowd booing throughout the ceremony, although most were supportive.
Sophie, Countess of Wessex
The late Queen Elizabeth was blessed with a long marriage to Prince Phillip. And yet, only one of her children — Prince Edward, her youngest — is still married to his first love with no divorce in sight. Interestingly, the two first met when Edward was dating one of Sophie's friends in 1987.
It wasn't until 1993 that the two crossed paths again and ultimately got together. Edward married Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, in 1999. The ceremony was held at the Windsor Castle chapel, known by many thanks to later events — the weddings of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie in 2018. The couple has two children and is busy being full-time royals
Hillary Clinton
This presidential pair has seen anything and has been through any possible obstacle a couple could face. They met at Yale University back in 1971 and began dating shortly thereafter. Their wedding was in 1975, with only 15 guests attending their intimate ceremony.
The former secretary of state and presidential candidate stayed with her husband despite the scandal of his extramarital activities with an intern during his presidency, reports TIME. Many called for Bill Clinton’s resignation, but in an interview with CBS Hillary said, “Absolutely not,” when asked if her husband should have resigned. She still stands by him today.
Kate Middleton
Is there anything a little girl dreams of more than becoming a princess and living in a castle? It turns out dreams can come true, as Kate Middleton (ahem, Princess of Wales) found out. While Prince William has lived his life in the spotlight, Kate was just a regular old commoner when she met him at college.
In fact, it was he who was first impressed by her when he saw her walking the runway at a charity fashion show on campus. Their relationship is well-documented, and despite a short break in 2007, the pair are now living happily ever after with their growing family.
