For many, Patrick Dempsey with always be Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd, but the actor has been around since the ’80s…it all started in Maine. Born in Lewiston, Maine, he grew up in the nearby towns of Buckfield and Turner.

Since he is such a Seattle Seahawks Fan, many assume Chris Pratt's birthplace is Washington. It turns out; he is actually from Minnesota. "The Parks and Recreation" actor was born in Virginia, Minnesota, where his father remodeled homes, and his mother worked at the Safeway supermarket.
When he was seven years old, the actor and his family moved to Lake Stevens, Washington -- which may explain his Washington pride.
