La Toya Jackson – Unknown
La Toya is probably the least famous sister of the legendary Jackson family. Like her sister, Janet, and her brother, Michael, she got her start in The Jacksons 5 and had a recording career. In the late 80s and early 90s, La Toya posed for Playboy magazine, allegedly to promote her memoir, which was titled La Toya: Growing Up in the Jackson Family.
Sadly, La Toya has had so much work done to her face that her, “nose has collapsed, just like her brother Michael’s did.” Sources close to her claim that she has been in denial about appearance for many years, and blames allergies for her breathing problems.
Kathy Griffin – Unknown
This funny woman wasn't always all smiles, she has expressed how she felt very insecure growing up. however, she uses her sense of humor to discuss it and is also very candid about her various cosmetic procedures, that includes liposuction, rhinoplasty, brow lift, chemical peel, BOTOX®, and dental veneers.
What a list! But hey, we love how honest she is about it. Kathy Griffin once told Fitness magazine in regard to her plastic surgery: “I’ve had [a] face-lift, eye job, and all that stuff. It didn’t help me one bit. It didn’t get me happier or make me look particularly younger.” So, just note that there's no guarantee that cosmetic surgery will make you feel any better about your appearance.

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea made her way to the US when she was just 16 years old to pursue a career in music. She has done quite well for herself since, selling almost 50 million records and being nominated for two Grammys. Azalea dropped off the map for a while after her first album, but is back in the limelight after releasing her second album in 2019.
According to the singer, she felt that she could be fuller in the chest area and didn’t like her nose and it seems like she decided to do something about it. I didn’t [need plastic surgery],” Azalea said when talking to Ellen DeGeneres, that it was just a personal choice and everyone should be able to make an informed decision, and if they chose to change something about their bodies. Don't you agree?
Caitlyn Jenner - (Rumored) $5 Million
Probably the most famous transgender woman in the world, Caitlyn Jenner, became famous under the name Bruce Jenner as an athlete and television personality. However, her popularity rose to new heights when she announced that she would be transforming from a man into a woman, which is what she always felt like on the inside. The transition allegedly cost Jenner $5 million.
This life-changing transformation began with some small steps. In the 1980s and 90s, Jenner went through a couple of rhinoplasties and laser hair removal procedures. In January 2017, Jenner went through cosmetic and sex reassignment surgery. She underwent about a dozen surgeries to her face and body, which took over ten hours in total.
David Gest - (Estimated) $20,000
American producer and television personality David Gest is perhaps best known for his close relationships to big stars which helped him make a name for himself. Gest was famously married to Liza Minelli for a while and was a close friend of international superstar Michael Jackson. Together they produced the highest rated musical special in television history, in which he reunited Michael Jackson with the Jackson Five.
His friendship with Michael Jackson, as well as his time on screen was enough to convince him to get some work done, and he ended up getting quite a lot. Gest has had multiple facelifts, a brow lift, Botox injections, and had fat suctioned from his chin to create a more defined jawline. He has gone on record to say that he regrets going overboard with cosmetic surgery and that the cost, which is estimated at $20,000, was bankrupting him.
