George Clooney
George Clooney used to be a huge motorcycle enthusiast until his near-fatal crash in Italy. Clooney opened up in 2019 and said, “I hit him at 70 miles per hour, so it was bad.” When he crashed into the car that cut in front of him, he was thrown 20 feet. Following his accident, he announced that his wife Amal told him he was “not allowed to ride” anymore.
Clooney auctioned off his prized black Harley-Davidson touring bike to charity. Fun fact: Guess who else quit bikes after a crash? In 1966, after releasing “Blonde on Blonde,” Bob Dylan crashed his Triumph and decided to stop riding.
Katee Sackhoff
It seems fitting that Katee Sackhoff, one of the nerdiest geeks and one of our faves from "Battlestar Galactica" as Starbuck, rides a bike. Sackhoff's machine is a gearhead’s dream. She had Moto Customs make it, and it is one sleek beast.
They started with a Honda XR650L and built around it, souping it up with a Yamaha front end, a Ducati rear wheel, a single-sided swingarm, and a custom stainless exhaust. Now that's one sweet ride!
Michael Fassbender
Michael Fassbender took a well-needed tour of Europe by motorcycle with his father in 2011. After he completed six films in just 20 months, they trekked 5,000 miles across the continent. The "X-Men" star braved the track for the first time in 2014.
He rode a Honda CBR600RR and said that it’s a lot different than riding the road. Fassbender owned a Triumph Speed Triple, which was unfortunately stolen, and a BMW R1200GS. He loves bikes. Fassbender even starred in a UK biker film called "Man on a Motorcycle" (2009).
P!nk
This motorcycle enthusiast is married to former motocross racer Carey Hart, so she knows a thing or two about riding. The pop singer owns a custom Triumph, which she adores, and others that her hubby custom-built for her.
Bikes are big in her life. Her husband proposed to her on the pit board during one of his races.
Christian Bale
Christian Bale has a metal plate in parts of his arm and wrist due to one biking mishap. He’s been in several wrecks and has suffered a concussion or two, but none of this has stopped him from riding.
In the terrible accident that mutilated his arm, he damaged every nerve in that limb. The nerves all grew back because, as he put it, the body is “phenomenal.” The "Batman" actor is into racing bikes and loves to fly full throttle. He owns more than one Ducati.
