Billie Kay (otherwise known as Jessica McKay) wrestled alongside her brother at the ripe age of ten and first entered the professional platform on Pro Wrestling Alliance in Australia in 2007. In 2008, she won a PWWA Championship against Kellie Slater but also sustained a handful of losses. Like many others, she also joined Shimmer Women Athletes within that year and, most notably, won over Nicole Matthews in Volume 33.
In 2015, she became a trainee under the WWE brand, NXT, and also made an appearance on Smackdown. Kay became part of a tag team with Peyton Royce called the IIconics where they achieved a handful of victories.
