After leaving the show, Connie decided to start her own boat management company, which was no surprise to viewers who saw her skills and passion for the industry on “Below Deck.” Her company is based in her hometown of Melbourne Beach, Florida, where she puts her knowledge to work, managing boats and helping owners maintain their vessels.
While it’s unclear if she still owns the company, it’s evident that her love for the industry has never wavered. Whether she’s fishing, exploring the ocean, or working on boats, Connie seems to be living her best life and doing what she loves most! While it’s been a while since she was on our screens, we would definitely love to see her return.
Josiah Carter — Now
After his season on "Below Deck," Josiah set sail on a new adventure with his partner Michael, exploring the Mediterranean and sharing their travels on social media. He then went home to spend time with his mom, who was battling breast cancer, even shaving his head to show his support and raise awareness.
Josiah also took on a personal project, renovating his first home in Manchester and documenting it for all of us to see. He got a puppy, got engaged, and in a plot twist, became a step-granddad before turning 30! He may have never returned to yachting, but it's clear to see he is living his very best life. We can't wait to see what's next in store for him.
Connie Arias, the fearless and spunky deckhand of "Below Deck" season 3, left an unforgettable mark on the franchise. She quickly won over both the crew and the fans with her bubbly personality and carefree attitude. Whether it was cracking jokes or simply working, Connie knew how to make everyone laugh.
Her infectious energy spread throughout the crew, and she quickly became friends with everyone on the boat, no matter their position. Connie was never shy about showing some skin, and her infamous whipped cream antics still have viewers talking years later. Her ability to stay herself throughout the season was impressive, and she proved that hard work and a great sense of humor are the perfect recipe for success.
Amy Johnson's time on "Below Deck" definitely wasn't smooth sailing! She made her debut in season 2 as a stewardess, along with her deckhand brother, Kelley Johnson. Despite her bubbly personality, Amy found herself at odds with the formidable Kate Chastain, the chief stew. The two often clashed, and Kate used her friendship with fellow stewardess Kat Held to isolate Amy.
Feeling ostracized from the group, Amy decided to leave the yacht after two seasons to be closer to her boyfriend. She and Kate later reconciled and became friends. Amy may have had a hard time with the crew, but her positive attitude and work ethic made her a favorite amongst fans of the show watching at home.
Amy Johnson — Now
After her stint on “Below Deck," Amy decided to set sail for new horizons and transitioned away from the yachting life. Why? Well, it seems love was in the air! Amy wanted to be closer to her then-boyfriend, now-husband, back home in North Carolina.
And we certainly can't blame her — love is the ultimate adventure, after all. Since then, Amy seems to be enjoying her new life on land, and rumor has it that she's working on a fabulous new robe line, perfect for cozy days at home. We, for one, are dying to cozy up in one of Amy's luxurious creations, and wish her the very best in her new endeavors!
