The Brady Diet Consists of 80% Vegetables
Gisele decided a few years back to transition to a mostly plant-based vegan diet and took her family with her. She says the kids love helping their mom out with planting and cooking.
Besides mostly giving up meat and dairy products, Gisele and her family also avoided gluten, white sugar, alcohol, coffee, and cigarettes. The family would mostly eat a menu developed by their personal chef, Allen Campbell. To take care of their mental health as well, both Brady and Gisele adhered to a consistent regime of transcendental meditation.
Brady’s Leaked Emails Were Really Positive
As part of an NFL legal scandal, Tom was asked to release his emails to be used as evidence in court. His emails were leaked, and among them was a conversation he had had with Bridget about their son Jack. In the email, Bridget discusses how happy she is that Jack is doing great in school, especially in reading.
Tom then responds by saying that he’s proud of Jack and what a smart boy he is. Real psychologists decided to review the emails and came to the conclusion that the couple made a really good team and were very impressed by the couple’s exchange.
Psychologists Claim Brady and Bridget Rock at Co-Parenting
Often, when parents split up, they tend to carry a lot of baggage into their parenting, and the kids suffer as a result. What psychologists claim to be the key to a successful co-parenting relationship is the parents keeping their focus on the child instead of on their relationship. In this case, it was clear that Jack’s well-being was their first priority above anything else.
The psychologists who reviewed the email exchange concluded that the communication between Tom and Bridget was ideal. By keeping their focus on their son’s achievements and well-being, especially taking the time to celebrate his successes, the couple was able to maintain a great relationship despite their dynamic and media-heavy situation.
Bridget Also Had Her Share of Kitchen Adventures
As a star of CBS’s 'Blue Bloods,' Moynahan has filmed over 100 dinner scenes for the show. The characters of the show are constantly seen eating fabulous meals. This inspired the actress to write an official cookbook based on meals that were served in the show. The book is called 'The Blue Bloods Cookbook: 120 Recipes That Will Bring Your Family to the Table'.
'Blue Bloods' is a police procedural drama that follows a multigenerational family of cops, the Reagans. The show is very well received, especially for its many dinner scenes that discuss morally complex issues. If you think Bridget’s kitchen adventures are interesting, wait until you hear how much the Bradys paid for their new kitchen.
Tom and Gisele Paid a Lot for Their Kitchen
If there’s one thing the Bradys had in common, it’s their love for cooking. The family could often be seen cooking, eating, and spending quality time together in their beautiful open kitchen. Whatever the cooking needs of the day were, you can be sure that they’ve had everything covered, from fun family meals to gourmet dinners.
Tom and Gisele opted for an expensive open kitchen that allows the young parents to keep an eye on their kids at all times. The kitchen features “custom cabinetry, beams, and a large island with a farmhouse sink and vertical planks stained in a grey-washed color. The hutch-looking upper cabinets are open with shelves and beadboard back.” How much did the kitchen cost? With a total value of $39.5 million, we’re sure it’s a lot more than the average house.
